Shipping Policy

*** As part of our effort to keep our community safe and adjust to the global effects caused by COVID-19, our Processing and Shipping times have been adjusted for all orders after March 27, 2020. Express Shipping will not be offered during this time.

 

To offer you the best shipping rates and options available to us, please read the information below:

Processing Times average 5-7 business days. Processing Times begin once your payment has been processed to when the item leaves the warehouse. Information on Shipping Times after the package leaves the warehouse(s) are as follows:

United States

We offer easy, flat-rate shipping of $9.99 to anywhere in the U.S. on standard which takes an average of 15-28 business days (depending on your location) after your order is placed.  

Items which state they may be DELAYED or BACK ORDER will be in addition to the normal processing and shipping timelines. 

Canada

We offer easy, flat-rate shipping of $14.99 to Canada on standard which takes an average of 20-35 business days (depending on your location) after your order is placed

The Desk to Dusk Company is a retailer who carries and sells multiple brands, including our own, therefore products ship from various warehouses around the world. Therefore, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times/days.

Once packages have left its departure warehouse location, we are not responsible for lost packages or delays due to weather, service interruptions, holidays in the U.S. or other countries being shipped from.

Custom / Duty Fees

We ship from our warehouses in Asia and the USA. When shipping to other countries, custom fees, taxes, etc.. are the responsibility of the customer. 

The Desk to Dusk Company is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities. Please note that due to customs procedures, delivery times may exceed expected dates.

In the event a package is held, seized, fined, or destroyed by local authorities due to any reason outside of The Desk to Dusk Company's control, The Desk to Dusk Company holds no responsibility. 

Please contact your local government or postal service for more information on customs and duties.

Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is refused, un-deliverable, or returned to sender there will be a shipping charge of $7.99 applied to reship your package. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned back to us, there will be a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of the original processing.
